Cairns cyclone outlook

A low pressure system has formed in the Coral sea North East of Cairns may form into a cyclone tomorrow.  There is also a category 1 cyclone, Tropical Cyclone Vince off the northern coast of Western Australia.  Meanwhile, South East Queensland is just recovering from massive flooding around Brisbane and Toowoomba, while much of the state is still very wet following the Queensland floods.  Most parts of the state are starting to dry out with fine weather today, but remains vulnerable to further flooding if heavy rainfall occurs again soon.
